We believe open-world intelligence begins with grounded world understanding. The real world is messy, complex, and continually changing.
To make open-world robotics a reality, we must go beyond hardware and manipulation control. We must develop continual hierarchical planning to direct both robots and humans in open environments, while maintaining reliability, controllability, and safety at scale.
This requires systems that carry forward context, linking past states, present conditions and actions, and potential future outcomes into a coherent understanding of the real world.
The memory required to do this is what Dwell Bot is developing.
